This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RiseWithRonnieH.com, owned and operated by Additions Ventures Biz LLC, trading as Rise With Ronnie H.

At RiseWithRonnieH.com, every coaching program and digital product is designed with deep care, intentional structure, and Ronnie's personal commitment to walk alongside you throughout your healing journey. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through RiseWithRonnieH.com — including RekindleRadiance™, The Sovereign Woman™, digital products, and any other coaching programs or resources — are non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
The nature of transformational wellness coaching is deeply personal and self-directed. Your results are determined by your own commitment, effort, and engagement with the program materials and the coaching process.
Because the value of coaching is experiential and cannot be returned once delivered, and because your healing journey is self-driven by your own choices and actions, we are unable to offer refunds once access to program materials, sessions, or resources has been granted.
This is not a reflection of our confidence in the program. It reflects the nature of personal transformation work itself.
3. Ronnie's Commitment to You
While all sales are final, Ronnie is deeply committed to your success and your healing journey. As part of every coaching program, Ronnie will personally follow up with you once a week throughout the duration of your program to:

✦ Ensure you feel seen, guided, and never alone in this process
✦ Help you navigate any challenges that arise during your journey
If at any point you experience challenges with accessing your program materials or have concerns about your experience, please reach out directly at support@risewithronnieh.com, and Ronnie or her team will respond within 48 business hours.
Your healing matters deeply to us. Our door is always open for support, guidance, and encouragement — every single week. 🌿
4. Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery nature of all digital products, including journals, guides, and workbooks, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or file has been delivered to you.
5. Payment Plans
If you have enrolled in a payment plan, you are committed to completing all scheduled payments regardless of your engagement with or completion of the program.
Discontinuing participation in the program does not cancel your payment plan obligation. All remaining payments will continue to be processed on their scheduled dates.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us at contact@risewithronnieh.com constitutes a breach of this agreement.
We reserve the right to provide your purchase records, program access history, and this refund policy to your financial institution in response to any dispute filed.
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating any dispute. We are always willing to have an honest conversation about your experience.
7. Exceptions
In the rare event of a documented technical error resulting in duplicate charges, Rise with Ronnie H. reserves the right to review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@risewithronnieh.com with your purchase details, and we will investigate promptly.
This is the only circumstance in which we may consider a credit or adjustment. No other exceptions apply.
